Meet Ty, an approximately 11 month old neutered male pure bred Border Collie. He is fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped.
This handsome boy is full of puppy energy, and loves people and other dogs. He is smart, eager to please, and has a strong herding instinct. He is learning basic obedience, walks well on leash, and loves to have a good run. He would make an excellent dog for an active couple, or a single person who enjoys active sports and is able to give him the exercise he needs. He would not do well as an apartment dog, unless his new owner(s) was committed to spend a great deal of time exercising him.
Ty is a very nice young dog who needs the opportunity to "be all he can be".

Prior to or upon adoption, all dogs in our rescue program are spayed/neutered (there are NO exceptions), fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, started on heartworm prevention, treated with flea and tick preventive, microchipped, and temperament tested. We also strive to crate and house train each dog before placement.
