Meet Buddy, a neutered male smooth coated border collie. He is fully vaccinated and heartworm negative. Buddy is about 4 years old and a medium size, weighing 44 lbs.
He is a gentle, friendly and loving dog and gets along great with people and other dogs. He loves to ride in vehicles, and is housetrained. He is very biddable - walks well on a leash and sits when told, and comes when he is called.
Being a border collie, Buddy is an active dog who needs plenty of exercise and a family who will give him something to do. He loves his morning run, and is quite happy to settle down once he has had his exercise.
All in all, Buddy is an excellent companion dog and a pleasure to have around.

Prior to or upon adoption, all dogs in our rescue program are spayed/neutered (there are NO exceptions), fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, started on heartworm prevention, treated with flea and tick preventive, microchipped, and temperament tested. We also strive to crate and house train each dog before placement.
