Barkley
Back to Adoptables
Meet Barkley, a six year old, neutered Australian cattle dog/lab mix. He is a medium-sized dog, with a healthy weight at 45 to 50 pounds. He is up to date on his shots, microchipped, and on Frontline and heartworm preventive. He travels well, is crated trained and house trained.
Barkley is a frisky, playful boy who loves people, biscuits, and running, on leash or in his fenced backyard. His energy is boundless and he would be an excellent companion for an active person or family. He's been through basic obedience training and knows "sit" "down" "ready" "come" and "stay." He was the star of his training class and would probably be great at agility or rally. Barkley has never been around cats, but will do best as an only dog.

Prior to or upon adoption, all dogs in our rescue program are spayed/neutered (there are NO exceptions), fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, started on heartworm prevention, treated with flea and tick preventive, microchipped, and temperament tested. We also strive to crate and house train each dog before placement.
